Jill is very detail oriented – she stayed on top of the entire process of our home search, viewing the homes, closing, and post closing issues. It was ideal for me that Jill provided customized listings based on our requirements (this instead of what I find most realtors doing by sending auto-generated emails with lots of listings to sift through). The home we purchased was identified by Jill early (even prior to being searchable on Zillow) and beautiful with privacy – It is as though she new what we liked/needed even better than we did ourselves. Her advice with the negotiation process was spot on that resulted in closing on a nice deal on a superb property. “Chris was very knowledgeable, yet spoke in plain and easy terms so we understood everything perfectly. He was available and kind with every little question and didn’t treat us as though we were bothering him. We moved out of state so we were traveling quite a bit. Chris was always available to step in on our behalf when we were out of the area. We had a few small issues beyond either of our control and he helped us solve those issues quickly and efficiently.
