Chris Pappas sold our house when we moved out of state. While doing that he also helped by taking out the trash, cutting the lawn when needed, shoveling the snow, as we were not there to do those things. He did everything possible to get the house sold as quickly as possible, he also lined up a great team of house cleaners to spruce up the place.

Jill is very detail oriented – she stayed on top of the entire process of our home search, viewing the homes, closing, and post closing issues. It was ideal for me that Jill provided customized listings based on our requirements (this instead of what I find most realtors doing by sending auto-generated emails with lots of listings to sift through). The home we purchased was identified by Jill early (even prior to being searchable on Zillow) and beautiful with privacy – It is as though she new what we liked/needed even better than we did ourselves. Her advice with the negotiation process was spot on that resulted in closing on a nice deal on a superb property.
