Jill is very detail oriented – she stayed on top of the entire process of our home search, viewing the homes, closing, and post closing issues. It was ideal for me that Jill provided customized listings based on our requirements (this instead of what I find most realtors doing by sending auto-generated emails with lots of listings to sift through). The home we purchased was identified by Jill early (even prior to being searchable on Zillow) and beautiful with privacy – It is as though she new what we liked/needed even better than we did ourselves. Her advice with the negotiation process was spot on that resulted in closing on a nice deal on a superb property. Additionally, she made it easier on us by staying on top of all the inspections, etc. even after the close.
