Chris Pappas sold our house when we moved out of state. While doing that he also helped by taking out the trash, cutting the lawn when needed, shoveling the snow, as we were not there to do those things. What a great Agent to work with! Michelle is knowledgeable and responsive, and is also very personable and really listens to your needs. At the same time, she is realistic and won’t steer you wrong. Michelle worked hard to get my property sold in a very competitive and oversupplied market (i.e.,  she conducted numerous open houses and showings).
