“Chris was very knowledgeable, yet spoke in plain and easy terms so we understood everything perfectly. He was available and kind with every little question and didn’t treat us as though we were bothering him. We moved out of state so we were traveling quite a bit. Chris was always available to step in on our behalf when we were out of the area. We had a few small issues beyond either of our control and he helped us solve those issues quickly and efficiently. Chris is honest, straight forward and diligent in his follow up to get transactions completed successfully. A few of the deals we are working on are more process oriented than regular purchases such as short sale, foreclosures, HUD, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac deals. These require an agent to be knowledgeable of the process as well as detail focused throughout the transaction.
