Michelle has been my Realtor for years and I have recommended her to many of my friends and colleagues over these years, as well. I would never do so if I did not only trust her to do a good job, but certain she would do a GREAT job with outstanding results! Michelle is an expert in her profession, with a clear understanding of the market, whether you are buying or selling your home. She can and should be completely trusted in either process because her clients interests and goals is what drives her. She has helped us purchase an investment property in 2016, with great results! We recently relocated out of state and Michelle advised us on how to prep our home for sale. She is very honest and to the point in her suggestions, but the results are phenomenal! My husband and I did everything she said, and our home sold at a much higher price than we expected, with 2 offers coming in within seven hours of the listing going live!! We cannot thank her enough for her attention to every detail and for being such a great friend!
