Jill is an expert agent that I would highly recommend. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect in the sale of our home. She was up front and always honest with us. Jill would sacrifice her personal time to assist us, regardless of the day of the week or the time of day. Above all, Jill is the friendliest person I have ever met.
Jill is very detail oriented – she stayed on top of the entire process of our home search, viewing the homes, closing, and post closing issues. It was ideal for me that Jill provided customized listings based on our requirements (this instead of what I find most realtors doing by sending auto-generated emails with lots of listings to sift through). The home we purchased was identified by Jill early (even prior to being searchable on Zillow) and beautiful with privacy – It is as though she new what we liked/needed even better than we did ourselves. Her advice with the negotiation process was spot on that resulted in closing on a nice deal on a superb property. Additionally, she made it easier on us by staying on top of all the inspections, etc. even after the close.
I was one of Nicole’s first customers, if not the first. She is very driven to get you a fair deal. My situation was challenging. Nicole was on top of things and very responsive to all my questions and desires. There were many. In the end, I got a great deal and have no regrets hiring Nicole, and plan to do it again in the Spring.
