Chris Pappas sold our house when we moved out of state. While doing that he also helped by taking out the trash, cutting the lawn when needed, shoveling the snow, as we were not there to do those things. He did everything possible to get the house sold as quickly as possible, he also lined up a great team of house cleaners to spruce up the place.

Chris is honest, straight forward and diligent in his follow up to get transactions completed successfully. A few of the deals we are working on are more process oriented than regular purchases such as short sale, foreclosures, HUD, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac deals. These require an agent to be knowledgeable of the process as well as detail focused throughout the transaction. Chris has been thoroughly professional in all aspects of the deals we have worked together on and I would HIGHLY recommend him.
